The time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for YOU. I understand that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule, therefore I ask for at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. All of my policies are designed to benefit my clients, and for me to be able to provide the best service to all of you.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please let me know within 7 days after your appointment, so we can get you scheduled in for an adjustment.
Text to Check In
As a safety precaution, the salon remains locked at all times. Text Message check-ins will be in place permanently. Please text to check in for your appointment when you've arrived, wait in your vehicle, and I'll reply when I'm ready for you to come in.
New Clients
At this time, I am unable to accept new clients. If anything changes, I will post here on the website, and on the salon's social media pages.
Cancellation/ No-Show Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I understand emergencies happen, and in those situations please let me know as soon as possible. If you No-Show or cancel your appointment without at least 24 hour notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.
Lateness Policy
The time we have booked for your appointment is your time to enjoy a relaxing service. As a courtesy to other guests' scheduled services, if you are more than 10 minutes late (without notice) to your appointment it will be marked as a no-show. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as you know by safely texting that you are on your way. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule or reduce services so that we do not impede on another guests' appointment.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.
Sick Policy
As a courtesy to me and to other guests of the salon, if you are sick, PLEASE try to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hour notice. If you arrive for your appointment and you are sick, I will reschedule your appointment.
Extensions Policy
I am now offering Hairlocs extensions. Consultation is required prior to scheduling an extension install appointment. Cost of the hair extensions must be paid in full prior to install appointment. You will receive extensions care instructions at the consultation appointment to look over prior to the install appointment.
Maintenance appointments are suggested every 6-8 weeks to place the extensions back at the scalp.
I will not perform services on extensions that have been altered in any way (cutting, at home coloring, etc) outside of the salon. If you have any questions or concerns about your extensions, notify me by text or email ASAP.
Reservations/Deposit
I no longer require a deposit to schedule your wedding hair, as I no longer offer on-location services.

Trials
I strive for perfection while creating the look you want; therefore I suggest scheduling a trial run appointment (especially for brides). The trial appointment includes an in-depth consultation about your desires for your formal hair style. This is a great time to look at inspiration photos and discuss realistic expectations for your hair. When coming in for your trial appointment, you will need your headpiece, hair jewelry, or veil (if you have one). If you are planning to wear extensions for your wedding day it would be a good idea to have them in for your trial as well. This appointment usually takes anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, and is the same price as the formal style service.

Location
I offer formal styling services in the salon only. I no longer offer on-location services.
Expectations the day of your Wedding:
CLEAN DRY HAIR. I usually advise people to wash their hair the day/night before to give it enough time to dry. PLEASE DO NOT use a straightener or curling iron before your appointment – this will affect the way your hair curls. Any member of the wedding party arriving with wet hair will be charged an additional fee for blow-drying.
I recommend wearing a button-up shirt or zip hoodie so as to not damage the hairstyle while changing.
