As a safety precaution, the salon remains locked during business hours. Please text 573-544-6960 to let me know you've arrived. Please wait in your vehicle, and I'll reply to let you know when it's okay to come in.
**Make sure to text the salon phone number listed above. I will not receive a notification if you respond to your automatic appointment reminders. The salon number (listed above) is also available on the salon's Google listing, Facebook and Instagram profiles, and in large print on the door of the salon.
I am no longer requiring masks in the salon but if you'd still prefer to wear one, I will be happy to wear one for your appointment.
Please do your best to be on time for your appointment. Out of respect for your time, if for any reason I am running behind for your appointment, I will do my best to let you know ASAP. If you will be late, PLEASE text me (SAFELY) to let me know ASAP. If you are 10 minutes late with no notice, I will mark your appointment as a no-show and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Do not bring anyone with you who is not also receiving services. If you are bringing a spouse or child(ren) with you, please make sure only to bring people who are receiving scheduled services.
Minors under 16 receiving services are asked to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
If you, anyone in your household, or someone you have come in contact with is showing symptoms of any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. If you show up for your appointment and you are sick, you will be asked to reschedule.
No fee will be charged for rescheduling due to illness or exposure.
